These amazing homeowners approached us in guidance for their future landscape plan. The challenge we encountered with this property, was that the home construction had not yet started and were only in the conceptual phase of the home design. Working from inspirational photos and conceptual designs of the home, we were able to work through some different concepts and come up with a master plan.
The homeowners wanted to incorporate a future detached shop, however, they were not sure where to begin. We came up with a shop design that matched the home architecture entirely. We designed the space to ensure plenty of space to store and work on toys down below yet provide a loft area up top that is intended for the kids to play. We also added a walkout balcony that oversees the beautiful country view of the property.
Our 3D Presentation allowed these homeowners vision to become a reality. This design offers great functionality, large amounts of free space for future phases, many entertainment spaces and simplicity.
